Notice For Students, Parents & Teachers
All are informed that -
1) Summer Vacations for Class Play group to Class V commence from tomorrow 27/04/2019 as per the directives of district administration.
The Parents of students of class Play group to V are advised not to send their wards to school. Please inform your transporter accordingly.
The Parents are advised to submit Students Profile which was issued on result day to respective class teachers after duly verifying name spellings and date of birth and other the contents.
The teachers will upload the corrections on etech school software.
2) The Classes from VI to XII will continue as usual from 7.30am to 12.30am till 30th April 2019.
3) The parents who are interested to admit their wards in "Summer Camp"(200 seats), "Robotics Camp" (60 seats) or "Internet Academic Social Media Camp" (100 seats) may register their ward in school admission cell. The last date of registration is 30th March.
The admissions in respective camps will be on first come first serve basis.

Notice For Students, Parents & Teachers About Periodic Test - 1
All are informed to ensure, that student bring text books and copies regularly for classroom studies.
The syllabus is progressing rapidly.
The Parents whose ward is yet to report in school please ensure his/her presence in class room.
The Poor attendance in April month affects their self confidence & Periodical Test -1, going to commence in the month of July.
The class teachers/subject teachers are expected to call parents whose ward is yet to report in class. They are also suggested that all parents are added in respective what's app groups. We suggest father as well as mother both get added in respective class what's app groups. Parents are suggested not to post social msgs in these what's app groups. These groups are only for academic updates from school side for quick communication with parents and students.
The Parents whose ward was absent during physical data collection by Sports Seed Pro hence could not get physical health card, are suggested to contact class teachers. The class teachers will assist to get the cards through physical education teachers.
Please ensure that your ward gets up early in the morning and go for sleep early at night. These habits affects student academic performance.
In the morning encourage your ward for physical excercise, yoga & meditation.
Encourage them to touch feet of elders including father & mother both morning and evening.
Encourage them to stand in front of house deity (God) morning, evening and recite bhajans taught in school.

The interested students will upload the data on line on their own during computer Lab classes, under the supervision of concerned computer teachers. The computer teachers will report the details to Mrs. Sonam Bandil Madam for record keeping.
Interested students should start writing the synopsis of their project model and complete in two days i.e. Saturday and Sunday.
The interested students may get their project synopsis reviewed from respective teachers, make changes accordingly and keep it ready for final updatation.
The process must be completed by 18th of April.
